Social Event Season is Just Around the Corner!

The dog days of summer are soon coming to an end and TEAM NOVA 535 is gearing up for the fall and winter season of corporate events and holiday parties. Not only is NOVA 535 a unique and gorgeous event space for Weddings, Receptions and Mitzvahs, but we’ve also done our fair share of corporate events, seminars and holiday parties for some of Tampa Bay’s most well known businesses and corporations including Raymond James, Wells Fargo, Sembler Corporation, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Catalina Marketing – to name a few. With over 1,000 successful events hosted, multiple local and national awards received and a proven track record of success from our delighted clients, TEAM NOVA 535’s experience in event planning and coordination is exactly what your busy schedule needs to help you plan the perfect corporate event!

Local Happenings

At NOVA 535 our motto is “forward progress by way of continuous improvement” so we will always take the opportunity to highlight and bring to you local events that promote positive growth and synergy in our community – and this week we have a great one!
Next Wednesday, August 31st from 10am to 2pm come visit Swings Tampa Bay for their ‘Let’s Paint Swings’ event at USF St. Petersburg’s ‘Get on Board Day’! Founders Reuben Pressman and Hunter submitted their idea for Swings in the 10/100/1000 contest by Creative Tampa Bay and Creative Loafing and won first prize for ‘best idea to better the Tampa Bay Community.’ Since then they have been hanging their hand-made, hand-painted swings all over Tampa Bay as a spontaneous community building organization. Their mission is “Get People Together, Together” so get together with them next Wednesday and join in on the fun of painting your own swing and learning more about their forward-thinking ways of bettering our community!

The Localista

If you haven’t heard already, then listen up because TEAM NOVA 535 would like to introduce you to the Bay area’s Best Local Blogger – ‘The Localista’! This wonderful addition to Downtown St Pete’s ‘iLovethe‘Burg’ is brought to you by NOVA 535 Entrepreneur Social Club members Olga Bof, future owner of Cheeky Monkeys Books and Toys, and Sheri Kendrick, owner of Enchanted Forest Photography. Every Monday ‘The Localista’ features new and existing local businesses in Downtown St Pete with the goal to promote the “buy local” movement and bring notice to new business openings or hidden gems we might otherwise not hear about. With the witty words of Olga Bof and professional photography by Sheri Kendrick, this local blog is one to keep your eye on!
